This research aims to analyze media trends, journalists, and subjects covered in digital
newspaper clippings related to religion at the Library of the Agency for Research and
Development and Training of the Ministry of Religion of Indonesia from 2019 to 2023.
The study employs quantitative descriptive methods, specifically bibliometric analysis,
and utilizes non-probability sampling. Data was sourced from the Google Drive
Spreadsheet linked in the Instagram bio @perpuskemenagri. Findings indicate 9299
article titles from 8 daily newspapers and 808 writers/journalists. Republika emerges
as the predominant newspaper, and Fuji Eka Permana as the most prolific writer with
624 publications. The topic "Hajj and Umrah" appeared frequently, totaling 1267 titles
during the period. The analysis of topic dynamics reveals shifts such as the dominance
of "halal and haram" in 2019, followed by the "Covid-19 pandemic" in 2020 and 2021,
and a return to "Hajj and Umrah" in 2022 and 2023. Topics like culture, research, and
politics were less frequently covered in the articles.
